FC Gabala Complex – design description

Main stadium, secondary one and five full-size pitches – this is what’s being built in small town of Gabala, over a surface of 7 hectares. Designed by British AFL Architects, the complex is to resemble elements of traditional Azeri buildings and meet all standards at the same time.

Initially intended to be opened in 2011, the ground should be ready in mid-2013 after starting construction later than planned.
