Mersin Olimpiyat Stadı – construction description

The stadium should be operational before 2013 Mediterranean Games, to be played in June-July. Construction will however end in March 2014, after the event.

Within the planned capacity premium seating is to take 3,953 seats, while further 914 people will be located in skyboxes. Parking spots for 1491 vehicles will be created, of which 46 for buses.
