Avaya Stadium – construction description
Construction works have officially commenced on October 21st 2012 with a happening that gathered 6,256 people and allowed Earthquakes to break the record of attendance at a groundbreaking ceremony.
Apart from such symbolic the stadium is to be a rather simple project for Devcon Construction who are to receive $60 million for delivering it on time, in 2014. Tall structure of the stands and roof will be erected with steel elements and almost all catering an sanitary infrastructure is to be located at or close to ground level.
