Arena Lublin – construction description

The ground is to be located on a plot after old sugar factory on Krochmalna St., which means only Park Ludowy will stand between new and old stadium, few hundred meters to the north.

Preparatory works started in December 2012, though construction itself is expected to start in mid-February 2013. Concrete structure is to be ready by the end of 2013, delivery time is scheduled for June 2014 and opening for September.

The project is funded partially by European Union, with remainder covered by Lublin municipality.
