Stadion Miejski w Kluczborku – stadium description
The municipal stadium in Kluczbork was built in 1928, back when the town was German and named Kreuzburg. Along common practice in Germany at that time, the sport field was incorporated into a larger leisure complex. It lies on the large park’s main axis (east-west) and is reachable by a charming avenue running along that same axis.
In 2008 the aging structure was equipped with seats, while in 2016 for the first time ever floodlights were lit, seeing local team’s progress into I Liga (2nd tier).
