Albertparkstadion – stadium description

It’s located in the Mariakerke district of Ostend, renown Belgian seaside resort. Thanks to a major revamp done in 2007 it managed to fulfill the requirements of the country’s top flight.

The ground can accommodate app. 5,000 seated fans and another 3,000 standing (all covered), divided into four separate stands without corner sections. Despite its modest size it also boasts skyboxes enabling for increased revenue. Interestingly, away supporters can count on large allocations of almost half the stadium, with both stands behind endlines being able to take them.
