People who already bought their season tickets for some upper tier seats are receiving large discounts or offers of relocation. It turns out that one cannot see the sidelines from parts of the stadium, Winnipeg Sun reveals.
According to WinnipegSun.com Blue Bombers are in for quite a storm when people come to the new Investors Group Field early next year. The ground that is now getting its finishing touches seems to have some seats with significantly obstructed views.
The problem with some of the upper-deck seats is the sideline closest to them is not visible due to railings. It is also difficult to see the corners of the end zones, which are extremely close to the concrete wall that surrounds the field.
As the website informs, club aren’t commenting on the case, but are indeed trying to get people away from the obstructed view seats. Fans who already ordered their season tickets are either receiving a 50% discount or new, more expensive seats with the price of the old ones.
