Sydbank Park – stadium description
The stadium was built in 2001, having one stand covered and seated (with 1,470 seats) and three remaining ones open terraces. This changed in 2011, when volunteers, mainly fans, installed over 1,500 new seats opposite the main stand to meet the league requirement of 3,000 seats.
In 2012 it was decided that one end should be expanded with some 3,000 new seats. The new structure is expected in 2015.
Starting in December 2013, the stadium changed its name commercially for the first time, being renamed to Sydbank Park for 5 years.
