Stadium growing with club's ambitions
Visible signs of progress are now evident at Miami Freedom Park construction site. The new Inter Miami stadium is starting to take tangible shape. On the western edge of the site, impressive steel structures are rising—this area will house the stadium's premium section. Concrete frameworks surrounding the pitch are being installed to support the lower and upper tiers of seating, and the stadium’s distinctive bowl is beginning to emerge in full form.
With each passing day, the scale of the project becomes more striking. Towering cranes dominate the skyline, and the once-empty site now buzzes with activity. Concrete columns are climbing higher, outlining future promenades and fan zones. Work is also underway on the underground infrastructure and essential technical installations, which will serve as the foundation for the next phases, including the installation of prefabricated sections and the steel roof.
The year 2026 will mark a turning point for Inter Miami. That’s when the team — potentially still featuring global football icon Lionel Messi — is expected to play its first match in the new stadium. But Miami Freedom Park is more than just a sports facility. The project is backed by co-owners Jorge and José Mas, along with David Beckham, who from the beginning emphasized that Inter Miami's vision goes beyond just creating a team.
Experience center in heart of Miami
As construction progresses on-site, the club has launched a unique initiative for its supporters. In the vibrant neighborhood of Wynwood, the Miami Freedom Park Experience Center has officially opened—designed for fans eager to experience the atmosphere of the new stadium before it opens.
The center features 3D models of the stadium and immersive, interactive experiences that help fans visualize the future venue. For now, access to the Experience Center is exclusively reserved for season ticket holders. In accordance with membership seniority, they are the first to select their seats in the new stadium. These in-person appointments are mandatory for anyone wanting priority access before the online reservation system becomes available.
