Monday to Saturday
Workers will be able to work from 8 AM to 8 PM at Camp Nou, as reported by El Periódico. From that time until midnight, only noiseless work, such as wiring or painting, can be carried out. The City Council has authorised this extension as a result of the agreement between Barça and the neighbour associations.
Work on Saturdays at the Camp Nou construction site was forbidden since the end of June, when the neighbours denounced noise and light pollution that did not allow them to rest on weekends. Now, the Civil Guard will watch to ensure that the agreed schedules and conditions are respected.
The workers are working flat out to avoid further delays. The movement at Camp Nou continues 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, but without noise from 10 PM until 8 AM. Now, thanks to the additional working day, Barcelona hopes to be able to pick up the pace to return home as soon as possible.
