On October 8, Atlético de Madrid revealed the result of cooperation with LG to install the "Sky ribbon" on the stadium’s roof. This circular screen will wrap around the interior of the stadium at its highest level, complementing the three main video scoreboards and the existing "ribbon scoreboard" between the lower and middle tiers.

What does the deal include?
The club announced the agreement with the electronics brand last July, but only now have the first renderings of the project been presented. LG will install an elliptical LED screen consisting of 400 meters of flexible mesh, creating a 360° visual spectacle
within the stadium's interior ring.
In addition, the agreement includes new lighting elements on the exterior of Metropolitano. There will be four round LED screens at the entrances, an LED screen at entrance 34 on the east side, another new screen in the press room, and new LED panels in the players' tunnel. In total, LG will install 2,000 square meters of LED screens, giving the seven-year-old Metropolitano a more modern and dynamic appearance.
Joining the neighbors
This Sky ribbon
will resemble the new scoreboard at Santiago Bernabéu, though it will be smaller to fit the roof dimensions. Currently, Real Madrid is the only LaLiga club with something similar at its stadium. Barça has ruled out installing a 360° video scoreboard at the new Camp Nou, opting instead for three giant screens inside the stadium.
