With a busy and promising schedule on the field, SV Zulte-Waregem are also focusing on how to grow off the field. New pavilion is planned in one corner of Regenboogstadion in 2017.

Over the past three years SV Zulte-Waregem have been continuously redeveloping their stadium. First with the new south stand (and south-eastern corner), then with the new northern standing terrace. But they’re still far from done.
After these two phases delivered, in 2017 “Essevee” are changing course. The next stage is not additional seating, rather a 4-5 floor pavilion in the south-western corner. Inside it a new megastore, two floors of skyboxes (8 in total), as well as conference and banqueting facilities.
Once this phase is complete, only two remaining northern corners will need to be filled to give the stadium a fully enclosed form. Old side stands still need to be upgraded as well, but the timing of specific phases is unclear at the moment. Before further stadium works begin, apartments and a hotel will be built next to the stadium.
