Stadion Gradski – stadium description

The ground was officially opened in 1937. Firstly it had wooden stands which were accompanied by new terracing along the curves in late 1950's. Entirely covered main grandstand was built in 1973 and the very same year first game with floodlights was held. In 1981 another, slightly bigger stand was erected on the east side, this time with no cover over the audience. Traditionally these sections are used by most vibrant fans of FK Borac. In 2007 plans for a complex revamp were presented and works started in 2010 with seating installed throughout the existing stands and construction of new sections behind goals followed.
