A London nightclub owner wants to turn former offices at Ibrox into a new venue. The project will make use of empty office space within the east stand.
Piers Adam, who co-owns a Mayfair club with Guy Ritchie, plans to use Copland House for live music, conferences and wedding receptions. Copland House is part of Ibrox's east stand and has seen spaces available for quite some time.
There are are offices between 50 and 185 square meters to let and the new venue would make us of a lot of the existing floor space.
A licensing application has been put forward by Copper Dog Ibrox, of which Piers Adam is director. Adam is known for launching nightclubs in Britain and beyond. The millionaire owns London nightclubs Mahiki and Whisky Mist and co-owns The Punch Bowl in Mayfair.
