The record-breaking dome structure is already dominating bay skyline, though there’s still a lot of work ahead with opening scheduled for April 2014. Before regular seats go on sale, venue operator started offering skyboxes to potential clients.

In total, there are 62 suites at the future Sports Hub Stadium, but one isn’t available for sale, designated for so called VVIPs. Others can hold from 8 to 30 people and cost S$72,000 to S$272,000 (€44,500 - 168,000, $60,000 - 223,000) for one year.

Though it hasn’t been long, already 40 skyboxes are sold, each for at least 3 consecutive years. Rooms measuring from 25 to 89 sqm are mostly taken by banks and global companies having their regional headquarters in Singapore.
