Stadion Mitara Mićo Goliša – stadium description
The stadium was inaugurated in 1969 under the name Stadion pod Mali brdom, meaning "Stadium under a small mountain". In the same year, the stadium's host, football club OFK Petrovac (then FK Nafta Petrovac), which now plays in the First Montenegrin League, the highest level of the national competition, was established.
The stadium's initial capacity was 530 seats, but after reconstruction in 2013, that number grew to 1,630 seats, allowing the venue to host European competitions. In 2022, the facility was named after Mitar Mićo Goliš, in honor of the late football player, captain and club activist.
In addition to OFK Petrovac, the Montenegrin women's national football team plays its matches at the stadium. It has also hosted several matches at the European level – the Europa League and qualifiers for the Champions League and Europa League.
The stadium is located just a few hundred meters from the Adriatic Sea coast and is oriented on an east-west axis. A road runs along the north side of the stadium. Next to the stadium are tennis courts, as well as a police and fire station.
The main stand is located on the south side, and is partially covered. It also has dozens of VIP seats. There are also built-in seats for reserve players and staff. The side stand, which is smaller and exposed, is located on the west end. On both stands, the seats are blue, which corresponds to the club's colors, and on the main stand, along with the white chairs, they are arranged to form the word "Petrovac". Lighting is provided by 4 masts located behind the corners.
