Stadion Aleksandar Shalamanov – stadium description
One of Bulgaria’s largest and – thanks to recent renovations – also most modern grounds. It’s still archaic as stands are located on flat artificial hills and barely part of them actually have seats, but the ones that have present a decent standard. The above is among reasons why Bulgarian youth national team plays here their home games.
Apart from the football stadium there are several adjacent venues like two training pitches and two indoor halls, one of which is used for ice hockey.
