Installation of seats at Resovia stadium

The first seats in the traditional colors of Resovia have already appeared in the stands of the Podkarpackie Athletics Center. The red-and-white seating is intended to emphasize the club’s identity and give the stadium a distinctive appearance even before its official opening. This is one of the most visible stages of the investment, clearly showing that construction is nearing completion. Just a few months ago, the area on Wyspiańskiego Street resembled a massive construction site.

Today, however, the facility is beginning to look like a professional stadium ready to welcome fans and athletes alike. Alongside the installation of the seats, intensive finishing works are continuing both inside the stadium and around the entire complex. While waiting for work to be completed on major sports facilities, fans often look for alternative sources of entertainment, with sports betting remaining one of the most popular options. In recent years, platforms such as BetWithCrypto have gained attention among users interested in combining sports betting with fast and modern cryptocurrency payments.

One of the key stages of the construction process was the preparation of the professional base for the future athletics track. A special layer of asphalt concrete has already been laid at the stadium, creating the foundation for the synthetic tartan surface.

This is an extremely important milestone for the entire investment, as the quality and perfect evenness of the surface directly affect athlete safety and the sporting standards of the venue. Once the asphalt concrete curing process is completed, contractors will begin installing the colorful synthetic surface, followed by painting the lines marking the running lanes. Only after these works are completed will the first training sessions and competitions be able to take place at the new stadium.

Resovia Stadium redevelopment Is transforming Rzeszów

The new Podkarpackie Athletics Center has been designed as a modern stadium with a capacity of nearly 8,000 spectators. The facility will meet the requirements for both athletics competitions and high-level football matches. Thanks to the new infrastructure, Resovia will gain a stadium that meets contemporary sporting and organizational standards. The project includes full facilities for athletes, media representatives, fans, and organizers of mass events.

The construction of the new stadium on Wyspiańskiego Street is one of the most important infrastructure investments currently underway in Rzeszów. The project is jointly financed by the City of Rzeszów, the Polish Ministry of Sport, and the Podkarpackie regional government.

The modern venue is expected to strengthen the city’s sporting image and expand its ability to host major events. Local authorities also hope the stadium will become a catalyst for further development in this part of Rzeszów. For Resovia supporters, the investment also carries symbolic importance. After years of playing at an outdated venue, the club will finally have a stadium that matches modern expectations.
