Foundations and the first phase of construction

A stadium fit for Serie A

The new venue is designed to meet Serie A standards and provide the club with the conditions needed to compete at the highest level. The stadium will hold around 18,500 spectators and will be a compact, fully covered venue with modern facilities for teams, media, and fans.

A key element of the project is its delivery model. The concession has been granted to Venezia FC, meaning the club will be responsible not only for using the stadium but also for its long-term operation. The total cost of the investment is estimated at approximately €153 million.

Bosco dello Sport complex and new urban functions

The stadium is being built as part of the Bosco dello Sport complex, which aims to transform the Tessera area into a modern sports and entertainment destination. Alongside the stadium, an indoor arena is also under construction, intended in part for Reyer Venezia.
