Denver City Council has approved funding for the purchase of land for the new Denver Summit FC soccer stadium. The project is being developed in collaboration with CAA ICON, which is responsible for overall project management.

Construction timeline for the Denver stadium

Under the current schedule, Denver Summit FC is set to begin league play in 2026, hosting its matches at a temporary venue in Centennial. Full-scale construction at Santa Fe Yards is expected to begin in spring 2027, with the opening of the new stadium planned for 2028. This timeline would allow the club to play its first full home season in the new venue.

Second women’s soccer stadium in the USA
