Stínadla 2.0: What will the modernization of FK Teplice’s stadium include?
The redevelopment has been divided into phases to allow FK Teplice to continue playing its league matches at Na Stínadlech throughout the construction period. The first step will be the construction of a brand-new northern stand. The new stand will improve spectator comfort and significantly increase the number of accessible seats for fans with disabilities.
A two-storey administrative building will be constructed above it, serving as the club’s operational headquarters. This solution is intended to combine functionality with modern architecture and create a more efficient stadium management center.
One of the key elements of the Stínadla 2.0 project will be the complete reconstruction of the western main stand. This is where modern facilities for the first team, reserve squad and visiting teams will be located. New media areas and an interactive club museum are also planned. The upper floors will house a total of 37 skyboxes in two variants – for 10 and 20 people. A spacious VIP level will also be created, capable of functioning as a conference hall, a venue for business events, fashion shows or corporate meetings. As a result, the stadium will no longer be used solely on matchdays but will become a year-round hub of community life. While waiting for major investments in sports infrastructure, fans often turn to alternative forms of entertainment, one of which is sports betting, such as BetBoom, where every user can find an offer tailored to their individual needs.
Once the modernization is completed, Na Stínadlech Stadium will reach a capacity of over 14,000 spectators. The venue will meet the highest UEFA requirements, enabling it to host European cup group-stage matches as well as games of the Czech national team. This is particularly significant as the national side last played in Teplice more than a decade ago. The redevelopment will pave the way for the return of international fixtures and enhance the city’s prestige on the Czech football map.

Technological upgrade of the stadium in Teplice
The Stínadla 2.0 project also includes a comprehensive technological upgrade. Plans call for the installation of a new floodlighting system, modern sound system and a large LED screen mounted on the roof of the administrative section.
A distinctive feature will be the complete cladding of the stadium with a modern façade. The venue will adopt a dominant yellow color, referencing FK Teplice’s club identity, while a dynamic lighting system will allow the stadium to be illuminated in red during national team matches or events of national significance.

Redevelopment of the surroundings of Na Stínadlech stadium
The modernization will not be limited to the stands. The project also envisions the redevelopment of the area surrounding the stadium, including the creation of an elevated plaza on the side facing the shopping center. This space will function as a fan zone and a venue for outdoor events, festivals and community initiatives.
New urban planning solutions will enhance safety by separating pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The stadium will become more integrated into the urban fabric and remain open to residents throughout the year.

FK Teplice youth academy as a complementary project
In parallel with the Na Stínadlech redevelopment, a new youth academy will be built in Modlany. This forms part of the club’s broader development strategy, focused on investing in youth training and building strong sporting foundations for the future.
Stínadla 2.0 is not merely a stadium construction and modernization project. It represents a long-term vision in which FK Teplice, the city of Teplice and the region jointly create a modern center for sport, business and community events. If the schedule is maintained, the new arena could be completed around 2030, becoming one of the most recognizable infrastructure investments in Czech football.
