StadiumDB, a global media company and the world's leading authority on stadium architecture, is expanding its Spanish-language presence. Who We Are
We are a team of stadium enthusiasts. We don't just report on arenas; we live them. We travel the world, photograph architecture, and share our passion with a massive global audience. Our content generates over 100 million views monthly across all platforms, with nearly 400k followers on Instagram and a main YouTube channel rapidly approaching 100k subscribers.
While our core team operates out of Europe, we are a modern, remote-first company. We hate corporate stiffness. We use tools like Slack and Asana to stay connected, avoiding unnecessary meetings and micromanagement. We treat our team like family, not just numbers. We trust you and give you freedom. In return, we expect ownership, creativity, and reliability.
The Mission
We are expanding our footprint in the Spanish-speaking world, and we need a Video Editor to lead the visual charge. You won’t just be cutting clips; you will be the visual voice of our new channel. While your primary focus will be on Spanish content, you will occasionally support our main English channel with edits.
What We Offer You
- Payment in USD: We offer competitive compensation paid in hard currency. We support Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Crypto, and Meru.
- Stability: A steady, guaranteed workflow of videos every week.
- Flexibility: Work from home with flexible time off, we prioritize results and mental well-being over hours logged.
- International Prestige: Work directly with a European editorial team on a global brand.

What Your Week Looks Like
You will work autonomously, managing your own schedule (with a slight overlap with European timezones for coordination).
- Production: Edit 2–3 long-form videos (8–15 mins) per week using DaVinci Resolve. Note: this workload is a mix of original content (more complex) and adaptations of our existing English videos (streamlined editing process).
- Verticals (Reels/TikTok): Produce engaging vertical content. Some will be cut-downs from long videos, others will be original concepts based on scripts. You can use any software you prefer for verticals (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), as long as the result is dynamic.
- Collaboration: Chat with our scriptwriters to ensure the visual storytelling matches the narrative.
- Creativity: Use our massive internal archive of photos/videos, but also hunt for external materials (within copyright) to make the video pop.
The Growth Path
This isn't a dead-end gig. If you prove your skills and dedication, you won't just be an editor—you will have the opportunity to become the Head of our Spanish-speaking channels (YouTube, TikTok, IG, X, FB). We want someone who takes pride in building something big from the ground up.

What You Bring
- Language: Communicative English (required for team comms & occasional English edits) and Native/Fluent Spanish (to understand the nuances of the content).
- DaVinci Resolve Proficiency: Mandatory for long-form videos to allow project sharing with the team.
- Social Media Native: You don't just edit; you understand the
language
of TikTok and Reels. You know the current trends, pacing, and what keeps Gen Z watching. - Mindset: You are organized, self-disciplined, and don't need a boss looking over your shoulder.
How to Apply
We are specifically looking for talent based in LATAM. Send your portfolio (specifically examples of dynamic YouTube editing + vertical content) and a brief description of your experience to [email protected].
We review applications on a rolling basis.
