Ticketing and VIP boxes key to the budget

The largest forecast item remains ticket sales – €36.4 million per year. VIP boxes and hospitality will also play a crucial role, generating €24.6 million thanks to 6,500 premium seats. The club plans to sell over 50,000 season tickets worth €25.7 million, with the remainder of matchday ticketing coming from single-match sales.

Naming rights and new revenue streams

According to the report, Nou Mestalla is projected to bring in €81.8 million annually, compared to the current €26.4 million generated by the old Mestalla. The biggest increase – €39.6 million – relates to matchday revenues. Another €8.1 million is expected from non-matchday activities, and €7.8 million from stadium sponsorships.

Valencia CF announced a partnership with Elevate to commercialise the stadium’s naming rights. While Nou Mestalla will not bear Elevate’s name, the company will work from the club’s offices to secure a long-term title sponsor. This is expected to generate an additional €8 million annually, alongside other sponsorship deals.

The club is also counting on revenue from other stadium business units: the store (€5.8m), tours and museum (€2.9m), stadium events (€1.5m), corporate events (€1m), rental of spaces (€0.9m), catering (€0.5m) and the fan zone (€0.1m).

Marketing starts at the airport

Valencia CF has also launched a new marketing campaign at Valencia-Manises Airport. The club has branded the main arrivals area to welcome travellers. Specially designed gates feature QR codes allowing passengers to instantly access information about Nou Mestalla, club offers, and ways to experience the full valencianista experience.

According to AENA, more than 10 million passengers pass through Valencia-Manises Airport each year. From this week, every one of them can make first contact with Valencia CF right after landing via their smartphone.

Document as a guarantee for investors

The Legends report serves not only as a financial forecast but also as a valuation of the project. It is intended to increase the club’s credibility with financing institutions, showing the potential of the new stadium as collateral. Valencia treats these figures as a benchmark, not a ceiling – aiming to maximise revenues from every business unit of Nou Mestalla.
