According to court documents, at around 2:30 a.m. stadium security spotted two young men climbing over a locked fence at one of the entrances to Paycor Stadium. Police were called to the scene, surrounded the facility, and began searching for the intruders.

Around 3:30 a.m., officers encountered one of them. Nineteen-year-old Kaleb Truong, of Mason, tried to flee when he saw police, only to return inside the stadium grounds. A police dog was used in his arrest, which was carried out without incident. Surveillance footage showed Truong jumping the fence and attempting to carry out the grill. The second suspect, 18-year-old Alex Winegeart of Norwood, was also detained, though his exact role in the incident has not yet been fully described in court documents. Both men have been charged with burglary and are being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

The case will now be handled by the Hamilton County Municipal Court. If convicted, the suspects could face serious legal consequences.
