The youngest ever World Darts Champion

On Friday, February 21, Halliwell Jones Stadium will be renamed The Luke Littler Stadium for one night. This symbolic change is intended to honour the success of Luke Littler, a young darts player who recently made history as the youngest PDC world champion. The club wants to thank its loyal fan and local hero, who achieved a spectacular victory in Alexandra Palace in January.

With every great victory comes the need for preparation and the right tools to succeed. Luke Littler's journey to becoming the youngest PDC world champion is a perfect example of how focus and readiness lead to remarkable achievements. And although his success takes place on the dartboard, in everyday life being prepared often means having reliable solutions for unexpected situations - such as ensuring a stable power supply thanks to a portable power station that guarantees you the highest quality or solar charging.

Luke Littler rose to fame when he triumphed in the World Darts Championship at the age of just 17, becoming the youngest winner in the history of the sport. The Warrington native has been a big fan of the Warrington Wolves rugby league team since he was a child, and the opportunity to honour him at the inaugural game of the new Super League season is a special occasion for the club.

Littler was visibly moved by the club's decision. It's a dream come true that the club I've been a fan of since I was young has decided to name the stadium after me for a night! It's an absolute honour and I can't thank the club enough.

Special evening at "The Luke Littler Stadium"

The renaming of the stadium is just one of the highlights planned for the evening. Littler will be the match's guest of honour, and his presence will add splendour to the season's inauguration. Before the first whistle, he will lead the Warrington Wolves team onto the pitch, and at half-time, he will walk across the pitch with the World Cup trophy, sharing his success with the fans, just as he did in January at Old Trafford.

Warrington Wolves CEO Karl Fitzpatrick emphasised the significance of the event: Luke's achievements on the world stage have been nothing short of incredible, and we are immensely proud to celebrate his success with this special homecoming. He's a true Warrington fan, and therefore renaming our stadium in his honour for our home opener is a fitting tribute.

What does Halliwell Jones Stadium look like?

The Halliwell Jones Stadium is a modern sports facility located in Warrington, in the north-west of England. It is the home stadium of the Warrington Wolves rugby league team. The stadium has a rectangular shape with four stands surrounding the pitch. The facade of the building is modern, with dominant white and blue accents, referring to the club colours.

Outside, there are spacious car parks and green areas that add to the aesthetics of the complex. The interior of the stadium offers comfortable conditions for fans, with covered stands providing protection from adverse weather conditions. The stadium has a capacity of 15,300 seats.
