Everton's new stadium by River Mersey is in the final stages of construction, but that doesn't mean all the cards have been revealed. The club has announced the creation of an exclusive fan zone. The highlight of the exclusive offering will be sharing a sector with former Toffees players.

Everton introduces Club View at Bramley-Moore Dock
Exclusive bar, views, additional matchday benefits
and the opportunity to watch a match with The Toffees’ legends. Club View, a new addition to the offering at Everton Stadium, is expected to be, as the club announcement assures, the only space of its kind inside the stadium.
However, not everyone will be able to enjoy the pleasure.
This is because Club View will be the most expensive variant of the season ticket, and its sale will begin, as with the rest of the passes, in January. The price will be £1200 per season for adults, and £900 for seniors and minors. By comparison, the cheapest ticket for children under 11 costs £199, for seniors £480, and for adults £640.
The Club View area will be located on the third level of the East Stand with views of both the pitch and the Plaza in front of the stadium, while televisions will allow people to follow live news from the world of sports, and the walls will be decorated with memorabilia testifying to the club's rich history. During league matches, each Club View member will have a £10 voucher to spend at the bar. The club will also organize a matchday programme and exclusive lotteries with prizes.
