The City Council of Porto has officially announced that the construction of the Campo Municipal de Campanhã will begin on October 21. This development follows the decision to demolish the old Ruy Navega stadium, which had been used by Clube Desportivo de Portugal for many years.

The municipality of Porto revealed in a statement that, after several months of analysis by the Court of Auditors, they have received the green light to proceed with the construction of the Campo Municipal de Campanhã. When will the project be completed?

The construction work will be overseen by the consortium Construções Pardais – Irmãos Monteiros and BraveryGlobe.
