The effect of the storm
Przemysław Chmiel, director of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre, in an interview with Radio Kielce informed that the works are a consequence of the July storm. As a result of hailstorms, the top layer of the roofing was partially damaged. The repairs are to cost almost PLN 3 million. An additional PLN 50,000 is to be used to purchase two cameras to replace those damaged in the hailstorm. The money earmarked for replacing the roof is to return to the city's coffers after settlement with the insurance company. The repair work is expected to take around two months.
Fans have also taken an interest in the subject, especially as a great many of them attend the stadium several times a month. However, many supporters watch the matches on TV and find their entertainment online, which is why they know the best online gambling bonuses thanks to BonusFinder UK and its features.
The first of the four layers was punctured. An expert opinion has shown that the roof is in good technical condition, is not leaking and there are no contraindications to its use. However, there is a risk that the problem will arise in winter, and this is because water collecting in the top layer of the roof after freezing can lead to bursting and consequently damage subsequent layers,
- Przemysław Chmiel said.

The end of a long-standing partnership
In June it was announced that Suzuki Motor Poland would no longer be a sponsor of Korona Kielce. As part of the agreement, the Suzuki logo appeared in a central position on the jerseys and in key advertising areas at the stadium. For six years, the Japanese brand had also been the title sponsor of the facility at 8 Ściegiennego Street, which was named Suzuki Arena. On 19 June, talks to continue the partnership took place, and a day later there was official news that they had failed.
More news
At the beginning of September, the news was announced that Exbud had become the strategic sponsor of Korona. The cooperation between the two entities has been ongoing since July 2023. It has now been decided to extend the activities. Under the new agreement, the company will be the title sponsor of the city stadium in Kielce. From now on, the facility will be called Exbud Arena. The agreement will run until the end of the 2025/2026 season.
In addition, the company's logo will also be on the match shirts (home and away) of the first team of Korona Kielce. The sponsor's name will also be displayed on the stadium's LED boards and banners.
