At the future home of the Toffees under construction at Bramley-Moore Dock, work is in full swing. As work continues on the canopy, brick facade and interior fit-out, Everton Stadium is evolving aesthetically. The facility is beginning to look more and more like the one we know from the renderings.

Everton Stadium reaches further milestones
The first permanent cabling has already been installed inside the arena at Bramley-Moore Dock. Work on several levels inside the east and west stands is progressing, with ducting, cables, walls and even lifts being installed. The first lift was commissioned at the beginning of July and cabling for local Wi-Fi boxes around the venue is making the stadium look less and less like a construction site. Under the west stand, installation of the first escalators has already begun.
Scaffolding has finally been removed from the hydraulic tower and engine room next to Everton Stadium, revealing for the first time the historic listed buildings that will form an integral part of the so-called Fan Plaza. The facade of the building is in perfect harmony with the brick structures. Anodised aluminium panels have already been installed in some parts of the façade, complementing the arena's overall exterior while contrasting with the brick walls.
Work on the roof structure continues
The last cantilever truss is now in place and the roof of the west stand is nearing completion. The sixth section of the steel structure has already been installed, with the truss connecting the structure to the north and south stands. As the roofing on the east stand takes shape, the six cantilever sections will soon be raised in sequence, in exactly the same way as they were on the opposite side, giving the roof a unique shape. Installation of the roof sheathing is also underway.
Within the stadium bowl, the terraces of the lower level of the north stand are approaching pitch level. Prefabricated elements are being installed on site and the concrete deck that will connect everything together will soon be poured. Meanwhile, at the top of the west stand, the first of a series of window frames have been installed that will extend across the stand, offering breathtaking views of the River Mersey. Window and door frames are also being installed in the rooms facing the pitch as work continues to seal the building. There is no set date for the arena's completion at this time. Work at Everton Stadium is due to be completed during the 2024/25 season.
