London Legacy Development Company launched another tender in the Olympic Stadium’s revamp. This time the extensive hospitality zone under western sections of stands is up for grabs.
That’s nearly 8,400sqm of facilities, including large lounges (3,000sqm), private skyboxes (400sqm) and concourse, toilets and associated areas (2,000sqm).
Companies willing to launch their bids will be responsible for delivering floor, wall and ceiling furnishings along with the entire second-fix infrastructure.
Bidders may submit their offers until October 17. The project will be divided into two phases. First one will need to be delivered by the 2015 Rugby World Cup. The final shape is to be taken over by West Ham United ahead of the 2016/17 season.
