Hajduk Split has engaged in cooperation with local prison in a cost-cutting attempt. After each game five inmates from the prison will be escorted into Stadion Poljud and work for not more than 8 hours a day, until all necessary cleaning works are done.
The deal will cost only €2.5 per hour for one inmate, of which each prisoner will collect 25% (some €0.6) and the remainder will support a fund to improve living standards in the prison.
